Protocol details
Published research has not tested the combination of Selank, Semax, DSIP, and Oxytocin together. The available studies focus on each compound individually, with no evidence indicating their effects when used in conjunction.
For Semax, studies have explored its effects on intracellular calcium dynamics in rat brain neurons, although specific results were not reported in the abstract [6]. Other research investigated its role in modulating anti-inflammatory cytokine expression in acute spinal cord injury models in male Sprague Dawley rats, but again, detailed findings were not provided [7].
Selank has been studied in various contexts, including a randomized clinical trial related to colorectal cancer, but the abstract did not report specific outcomes [8]. Additionally, observational studies have looked at its efficiency in packed red blood management for brain tumor resection, with no detailed results available [10].
Oxytocin has been examined in relation to maternal health and emotional responses in cancer patients, but the abstracts of these studies did not disclose specific findings [11][13]. DSIP has been investigated for its potential effects in mouse models of insomnia, but results were not detailed in the abstract [15].
Overall, while individual studies exist for each peptide, there is no evidence from published trials that establishes the effects of this specific combination of peptides on neurocognitive and mood exploration.

| This study investigated the effects of Limosilactobacillus reuteri (LR) supplementation on socioemotional behavior in C57BL/6N mouse offspring exposed to polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). Offspring were supplemented with LR during development, and various behavioral and biological outcomes were measured. The study found that LR treatment normalized certain behavioral deficits and altered thyroid hormone signaling in a sex-dependent manner. | Oxytocin | biorxiv-preprint | 2026 |
| This study evaluated the impact of a policy change recommending the cessation of oxytocin during the active phase of induced labor. It compared outcomes from 600 women before the policy implementation with 556 women after. No significant change in caesarean delivery rates was observed, although maternal satisfaction scores decreased modestly. | Oxytocin | biorxiv-preprint | 2026 |
| This study assessed the feasibility of a randomized controlled trial comparing halved versus routine-concentration oxytocin infusion during the active phase of labor in women undergoing induction. A total of 293 women consented to participate, with 101 being randomized. No significant differences in maternal or neonatal outcomes were reported. | Oxytocin | biorxiv-preprint | 2026 |
| This study reports the discovery of inhibitors targeting the TRF1:TIN2 protein interaction, which is essential for the recruitment of TRF1 to the shelterin complex. The binding affinity of the lead compound (compound 40) to TRF1 was measured at a KD of 29 µM. Additionally, the compound demonstrated an IC50 of 67 µM in displacing a TIN2 probe. | DSIP | europepmc | 2025 |
| This study evaluated the willingness to pay (WTP) for sanitation services in low-income communities of Dhaka, Bangladesh, comparing contingent valuation (CVM) and hedonic pricing (HPM) methods. A total of 1000 households were surveyed, revealing a mean WTP of BDT 87 for CVM and BDT 74 for HPM. The findings indicate significant socioeconomic influences on WTP. | DSIP | europepmc | 2026 |
| This systematic review investigates the efficacy and safety of locally applied otoprotective agents other than sodium thiosulfate (STS) to prevent cisplatin-induced hearing loss (CIHL) in pediatric cancer patients. It includes findings from 70 preclinical and eight clinical studies, focusing on agents like dexamethasone and N-acetylcysteine. The review highlights the challenges of implementing local STS and the need for further research. | Oxytocin | europepmc | 2026 |
| This study measured vaginal delivery outcomes and factors influencing emergency cesarean section (EmCS) among 894 pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP). The success rate of vaginal delivery ranged from 85.1% to 90.8% across different classifications of HDP. Notably, chronic hypertension was identified as a significant risk factor for poorly controlled blood pressure during labor. | Oxytocin | europepmc | 2026 |
| This qualitative study explored midwives' experiences and interpretations of obstetric violence in delivery room settings. Conducted with ten midwives from two public hospitals in Spain, the study utilized semi-structured interviews to gather insights on perceived causes and contextual conditions. No numeric findings were reported in the abstract. | Oxytocin | europepmc | 2026 |
| This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluated the effect of a single 2,000 mg oral dose of calcium carbonate on uterine contractility in term patients with a singleton fetus. The study found no statistically significant improvement in uterine contractility or clinical outcomes compared to the control group. The findings suggest limited physiological effects of oral calcium on uterine activity. | Oxytocin | europepmc | 2026 |
| This study assessed the availability and implementation of practices for postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP) across 31 countries. Oxytocin was reported as regularly available in public facilities by 77% of countries and in private facilities by 84% of countries. The study highlights gaps in the integration of certain interventions and quality assurance systems. | Oxytocin | PubMed | 2026 |
| This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluated the effect of a single 2,000 mg oral dose of calcium carbonate on uterine contractility in term patients with singleton fetuses. The study measured uterine activity using Montevideo units (MVUs) at baseline and at 30-minute intervals for two hours. No statistically significant improvement in uterine contractility or clinical outcomes was observed. | Oxytocin | PubMed | 2026 |
