We read the public conversation and group it into topics, so you can see what people are actually saying about a compound. It is a map of what is being said — never a map of what is true. Every topic links straight back to the original threads, and none of it is evidence.
Nothing on this page changes a grade, a profile or a tracker. Posts are unverified, self-selected, and frequently commercial. We show the volume and the claim, not an endorsement of either.
We index threads; we do not extract self-reports, claims or commercial ties from them. Those three read “—” because we do not measure them, not because the number is zero.
People several months into semaglutide or tirzepatide describing diffuse hair shedding, and arguing over whether the drug or the speed of weight loss is behind it. Nothing in these threads settles that question.

Signals live in their own section, never on a profile as evidence. A topic can prompt an editor to go looking for studies — that is the only route from here to a grade, and a human walks it.
