Published research on GH Secretagogue Blends has not tested the combination itself. One study investigated the effects of caprylic acid (C8:0) on ghrelin levels in rats. The study found that caprylic acid treatment resulted in a 37.5% decrease in plasma unacylated ghrelin after six weeks, with a statistical significance of p=0.01.
